"It was a pleasure to be working with you again after a break of two years. When we met previously, I was not happy in my job and had experienced a series of set backs. You helped me out of the hole I was in by examining my values and determining whether the position I held met those values. You also helped me realise that my negativity was preventing me from lifting myself out of the position I was in. Within six months of our sessions, things had changed completely and the description of 'success' that I outlined for you became a reality for me.

So, two years later, why was I back? Basically, because it was my 'turn' again! However, this time, I was in a different position. I did not have any burning issue to resolve. However, I found that these sessions were even more beneficial. While previously, it was to get me to a level setting again (having been below zero), I felt that these sessions took me above a level setting to a plus it was more about behaviours and thinking and the impact of imposing my thoughts on other people and the disservice I do to myself and others in doing that. I found that these were beneficial to everything that I do and not just focussed on a particular goal or task. These sessions gave me practical tools on how to empower others and therefore empower myself. After these sessions I feel re-energised and ready to take on anything! Ann, it was so invigorating to be working with you again - I just wish I didn't have to wait another two years for my 'turn' to come up again!! "
