For some time I have wanted to put pen to paper and describe my experience with you. We have not worked together for possibly six months now but I have to say that it feels like we still do.
Since working with you this twenty four year old Manufacturing Manager has won a national award, climbed Mont Blanc and just accepted a new job with greater responsablity and infinite potential. Most importantly I found balance.
Great Ann eh! When I started working with you I was afraid that this was going to be some "soft touch" who would not challenge me or that maybe this was some sort of "shrink"....boy was I wrong! I was challenged, questioned, re-questioned, pulled, pushed and super motivated. Best of all, I felt safe during all this time, I knew I was dealing with a professional, in confidence.
